
Services
At Maryville, we offer a variety of services to foster the spiritual, physical, psychological, and social well-being of each individual resident.
Medical services include on-staff physical, occupational, and speech therapists, a fully equipped dental office, access to an optometrist and podiatrist, and the Henry Kuckenberg Special Care Unit, which offers a peaceful, calm environment for Alzheimer patients.

A full range of services is available at reasonable rates.
Chapel
The chapel is open to all denominations of faith for a quiet place of reflection for our residents, families, staff and guests. Catholic Mass and Eucharist are offered in the chapel at 9:45 a.m. from Monday through Saturday and on Sundays at 10:00 a.m. Rosary is led in the chapel daily at 9:30 a.m. Communion is brought to the rooms after Mass, Sunday through Friday. We also offer private visits by our pastoral care staff. The chapel is available on request for funeral or memorial services.
Dental
Services are available with a fully-equipped dental office onsite. Fees are based on the services provided.
Dietary
All meals (including two choices at lunch and dinner) are provided, and snacks are available around the clock. Specialized diets are available. Guest meals for lunch and dinner may be purchased at the receptionist desk for $5 each.
Laundry
Maryville provided laundry services at no additional cost. Special provisions can be made for items requiring dry cleaning and special care.
Housekeeping
All resident rooms are cleaned daily.
Lockbox
A lockbox is provided in each resident’s room.
Newspaper
Subscriptions to newspapers are available and will be billed to the resident.
Optometrist
Optometry services are available and will be billed by the practitioner.
Pastoral Care Services
Pastoral services are an important part of the overall care provided at Maryville. Mass is offered daily in St. Joseph’s Chapel. Holy Communion is distributed daily to those unable to attend Mass. The Sacrament of the Sick is administered quarterly or upon request. Residents enjoy the peace and serenity of afternoon chapel visits and can also participate each morning in reciting the Holy Rosary.
Personal Need Items
Personal need items are provided at reasonable rates.
Pharmacy
Maryville contracts with a local pharmacy for most medications. Residents or their insurance companies are billed each month by the pharmacy.
Physician
Maryville has a medical director who serves as primary care physician for many of our long-term residents. Another doctor visits Maryville three times each week to support patients receiving skilled nursing and rehabilitation care.
Podiatrist
Services are available as ordered by a primary physician. The practitioner will bill the residents or their insurance companies.
Social Services
Maryville has three full-time social workers available to facilitate communication between residents, staff, and family as needed. They assist with problem solving, discharge planning, care conferences, and access to community resources.
Telephones
Private phone service is available. Families can make arrangements by contacting social services.
Volunteers
Maryville is able to provide a wide range of services from volunteers who meet the diverse needs and wishes of our residents.
Cost of Care
Maryville is both Medicare- and Medicaid-certified. Providence Health Plan and other insurance plans are also accepted. Maryville is a member of the Oregon Alliance of Senior and Health Services.
